The outcome of any sale or valuation is solely between you and the third-party dealership.
Disclaimer – Third-Party Offers and Outcomes. Any information or offers you receive from third-party dealerships are their own and not under our control. We do not verify or endorse the accuracy of any valuations, offers, or statements made by dealers, and we make no warranty about the outcome of any negotiations or sales. You agree that any decision to sell your vehicle to a dealer is your own, and you will hold Rhys Morgan and sellmymodifiedcar.co.uk harmless for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from that transaction. In particular, we are not responsible for the reliability, quality, or legality of the services provided by any dealership or other third party you may deal with as a result of using our service.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rhys Morgan and sellmymodifiedcar.co.uk and its affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, business, revenue, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website.
